His real estate experience includes acquisitions, asset management, and front and back-end financing. His expertise and meticulous approach ensure that the lending process is transparent, reliable, and tailored to the specific circumstances of each client.
Drew Axtell
Drew Axtell, with his strong background in sales, construction, investments and management, brings a strategic and analytical perspective to the company. Drew’s expertise lies in property analytics, assessing financial viability, mitigating risks, understanding a client’s individual needs, and creating tailored financing solutions that enable borrowers to achieve their objectives. His commitment to providing exceptional customer service ensures that clients receive personalized attention and guidance throughout the lending process.
Dawn Darnell
Dawn Darnell serves as the Controller at Heritage Private Capital. With a rich background in finance and accounting, she has held key roles as a Corporate Controller and Senior Staff Accountant across various industries, including Real Estate, healthcare, non-profit, and Education. Dawn brings over 15 years of experience in meticulously preparing and analyzing financial and operational data for companies.
Dawn earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Central Missouri. She currently resides in Massachusetts with her husband and four sons.
